Frankly, this is a very stupid question. No country can take over the entire world, not even the United States.

It is impossible to put a leash on 8 billion people in 195 countries. To “take over the world,” you would need to occupy every country with troops. You would need to put down any resistance.

Despite America’s power, many countries cannot be controlled by the US. China. Russia. North Korea. Iran. Just to name a few.
